| Module-inhoud | Information centres are now regarded as similar to any other type of business organisation. It is therefore important for them to be managed in the same way that other businesses are managed. This module focuses on the management of information centres within the greater business environment and highlights areas of management that can lead to the success of the information centres. These include change management, business processes, re-engineering, strategic human resources management and the impact of technological innovation in the IT environment. |
